During your tour we will give you a packet that has applications and other information in it. At least one student per house must fill out an application in its entirety and bring it in the office with a $250 security deposit and their drivers license/state identification card. That will take the house off the market. You have 2 weeks from that day to get the rest of your roommates to bring in their completed applications and security deposits. Then you have 2 weeks from then to make an appointment for all of you to sign your lease. If you back out at any time during this process, you forfeit all security deposits previously paid.
